Basic Information
Job Description
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
-
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide strategic input.
-
Execute promotional plans and ensure visibility of products at key outlets.
-
Prepare and present sales reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-
Conduct regular field visits and ensure proper implementation of sales strategies.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-
3–4 years of relevant experience in the Paints, Construction, Pipe Fittings, or FMCG industries.
-
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
-
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.
