Job Description
- Sales Leadership: Lead sales activities within assigned territory.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set for the territory.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential clients/customers within the territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients/customers.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives within the territory.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
Job Requirements
- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in Paints or Hardware company.
- Bachelor Completed.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients/customers and manage a team.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective sales strategies.
