Station In-Charge

Job Description

• Selection of premises for battery station.
• Negotiate rental agreements with property owners.
• Set up, maintain and ensure upkeep of stations.
• Monitor and manage station operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Supervise and train station staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Handle inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols at the station.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
• Coordinate with the management team to align station.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in related field 
• Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
