Job Description
- Oversee and manage the service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficiency.
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Lead and mentor the service team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Monitor service metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline service operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 7 years of experience in service operations, technical support, and after sales management in the passenger vehicle industry.
- Knowledge of workshop management, policy, procedure, and norms.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
