Job Description
- Lead sales efforts for heavy equipment products, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve high sales targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine sales approaches.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
-minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales ( having prior exposure to pipe fittings,,cement, or Construction.
- must have Two- wheeler & driving licence.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS office & basic reporting
