Basic Information
Job Description
- Lead sales efforts for heavy equipment products, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve high sales targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine sales approaches.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience preferably in the Heavy automotive industry.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
