Sr. Sales Officer

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy equipment, cement, and concrete equipment sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Provide expert advice and support to customers on product selection and usage.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in heavy equipment/ Cement/ Concrete equipment sales 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and related equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
