Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy equipment, cement, and concrete equipment sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
Provide expert advice and support to customers on product selection and usage.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in heavy equipment/ Cement/ Concrete equipment sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the construction industry and related equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
