Sr. Officer - Sales Tender

Job Description

• Lead tender preparation and submission process
• Maintain tender documentation and deadlines
• Analyze bid opportunities for feasibility and profitability
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Negotiate favorable terms with clients or procurement authorities
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Prepare reports on tender activities and metrics

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor / Master degree complete
•  2-3 years of  experience in tender sales and business development, with a focus on automotive sales.
• Strong understanding of the tendering process and regulations specific to the automotive division.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software is an advantage.
