Basic Information
Job Description
-
Manage and control spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.

Maintain proper stock levels by coordinating with service and procurement teams.

Ensure timely documentation, billing, and reporting using inventory systems or ERP tools.

Track part usage and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Assist in identifying, ordering, and tracking automotive parts and supplies.

Coordinate with vendors and negotiate prices when required.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 3-5 years in Store Officer in automobile industry
- Strong knowledge of auto parts, vehicle systems, and technical terms.
- Excellent inventory management and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, inventory software, or ERP systems.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
