Job Description

  • Manage and control spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.

  • Maintain proper stock levels by coordinating with service and procurement teams.

  • Ensure timely documentation, billing, and reporting using inventory systems or ERP tools.

  • Track part usage and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking.

  • Assist in identifying, ordering, and tracking automotive parts and supplies.

  • Coordinate with vendors and negotiate prices when required.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelors Degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Store Officer in automobile industry
  • Strong knowledge of auto parts, vehicle systems, and technical terms.
  • Excellent inventory management and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, inventory software, or ERP systems.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
