Basic Information
Job Description
-
Handle daily operations of the spare parts department
-
Maintain inventory records and update stock levels
-
Prepare and process spare parts requests, orders, and invoices
-
Coordinate with the service team and suppliers for part availability
-
Use MS Excel and ERP systems for tracking and reporting
-
Ensure proper storage and labeling of spare parts
Job Requirements
-
Diploma in Automobile, CTVET, or Mechanical Engineering
-
Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a related field preferred
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Good communication and coordination skills
-
Detail-oriented and well-organized
