Job Description
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
- Promote electronics and gaming products through posts, messages, and comments
- Handle online orders and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
- Provide accurate product information related to PC specs, GPUs, laptops, and monitors
- Support sales through persuasive and customer-friendly communication
- Maintain a professional brand presence across social media channels
- Assist in basic content posting, promotions, and campaigns
- Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure order accuracy
Job Requirements
- Minimum +2 qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in social media handling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
- Experience in electronics or gaming sales preferred
- Good knowledge of PC specifications, GPUs, laptops, and monitors
- Experience handling online orders or e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, persuasive, and proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
