Social Media Handler

Job Description

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
• Promote electronics and gaming products through posts, messages, and comments
• Handle online orders and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
• Provide accurate product information related to PC specs, GPUs, laptops, and monitors
• Support sales through persuasive and customer-friendly communication
• Maintain a professional brand presence across social media channels
• Assist in basic content posting, promotions, and campaigns
• Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure order accuracy

Job Requirements

• Minimum +2 qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in social media handling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
• Experience in electronics or gaming sales preferred
• Good knowledge of PC specifications, GPUs, laptops, and monitors
• Experience handling online orders or e-commerce platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, persuasive, and proactive approach
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
