Job Description
- Build and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Develop and execute product and campaign communication strategies
- Drive online visibility, lead generation, and e-commerce performance
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns
- Support product launches for both B2B and B2C segments
- Manage and optimize paid advertisements on Facebook, Google, and online marketplaces (Meta Ads)
- Assist with SEO initiatives and regular website content updates
- Generate and track B2B and B2C leads through digital channels
- Monitor basic digital analytics, campaign performance, and prepare reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and website management
- Ability to create content calendars and marketing creatives (coordination with designers)
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and time management abilities
