Job Description

  • Handle patient/customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Provide accurate information about services, appointments, and procedures

  • Schedule appointments and manage follow-up calls

  • Address complaints and concerns politely and professionally

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: +2 (Bachelor’s running preferred)

  • Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Front Desk or Customer Service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksin
