Showroom Sales Representative

- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Review on order report daily
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customer’s questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Take care of customers complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate with team members regularly.
- Make sure that all products are in proper placement.
- Meets with clients regarding product sales and promotions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
