Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth workflow.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.

Maintain proper inventory records and ensure showroom presentation standards.

Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent).

2-3 years of experience in car sales or a related field.

Strong salesmanship and customer relationship management skills.
-
Good understanding of market trends and research.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
-
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
