Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Supervise and lead the sales team to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the stock team, and ensure product availability
- Train, motivate, and evaluate showroom staff performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom footfall and revenue
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and manage financial transactions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager.
- 3-5 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle operational tasks, from inventory to financial reporting
- Knowledge of sales strategies and performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
