Job Description

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a premium customer experience

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met

Coordinate product displays, stock management, and service schedules

Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and implement strategic improvements
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree running or completed
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom management or automotive/EV sales
-
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
-
Leadership qualities and team management capabilities (for Showroom Incharge)
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Passion for EV products and sustainable mobility
