Basic Information
Job Description
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage sales activities and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
- Supervise and train showroom staff to enhance productivity.
- Implement visual merchandising and maintain showroom appearance.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights for business growth.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's running/ complete
- Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in showroom management, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management skills
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
