Job Description

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage sales activities and achieve revenue targets.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock management.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
Supervise and train showroom staff to enhance productivity.
Implement visual merchandising and maintain showroom appearance.
Prepare sales reports and provide insights for business growth.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's running/ complete
Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in showroom management, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management skills
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
