Basic Information
Job Description
- Supervise showroom staff and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies.
- Maintain product displays, inventory levels, and showroom cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage product stock levels.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor preferred
- Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
- Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Maintain reporting structures and record sales and inventory on our CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
- Assist with the setup of showroom and promotional displays.
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
