Job Description

Supervise showroom staff and ensure high-quality customer service.
Monitor and achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies.
Maintain product displays, inventory levels, and showroom cleanliness.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Prepare and analyze sales reports for management review.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage product stock levels.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor preferred
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
Maintain reporting structures and record sales and inventory on our CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
Assist with the setup of showroom and promotional displays.

Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
