Job Description

• Manage and supervise day-to-day spa operations during assigned shifts.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain service quality.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

• Oversee inventory control, cost management, and ensure proper stock levels.

• Implement and monitor staff schedules to optimize operational efficiency.

• Drive sales through up-selling and cross-selling spa services and retail products.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the spa premises.

• Coordinate with management for smooth operational execution and business development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality/spa/retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and Nepali (spoken and written).

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with POS/booking software.

• Ability to manage inventory, prepare reports, and handle cost control.

• Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driving license.

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements.B
