Job Description

Oversee and implement quality assurance and control processes in compliance with industry standards.
Conduct product testing, inspection, and documentation to maintain quality benchmarks.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices across production units.
Identify quality issues, propose corrective actions, and ensure preventive measures are followed.
Coordinate with production and R&D teams to enhance product quality.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Dairy, beverages or related field.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, ISO, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
