Job Description

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front office documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication and operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ensure proper management of front desk operations and office coordination.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and direct visitors accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk management or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Confident, organized, and client-focused personality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude preferred.
