Job Description
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication and operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure proper management of front desk operations and office coordination.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and direct visitors accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk management or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, organized, and client-focused personality.
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude preferred.
