Procurement Officer

Job Description

• Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Source quality materials/services at the most competitive prices

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers

• Draft, review, and manage purchase contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to avoid supply chain disruptions

• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor database, and cost reports

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store/logistics team accordingly

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Complete (BBA/BBS)
• 2–5 years in procurement or supply chain roles
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
• Knowledge of MS Office and procurement software/tools
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
