Basic Information
Job Description
-
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the EV workshop.
-
Ensure timely maintenance, repair, and service of electric vehicles.
-
Monitor workshop staff performance, allocate tasks, and maintain service quality.

Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop infrastructure.
-
Prepare reports on service activities, parts usage, and job completion.
-
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-
1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry; EV experience preferred.
-
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
-
Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
