Job Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front office roles is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of computer systems and reservation software.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and booking software (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
