Job Description

  • Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Handle inquiries, reservations, and bookings using reservation software.

  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.

  • Maintain records and reports related to guest interactions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill guest requirements.

  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience from arrival to departure.

Job Requirements


•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•    Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front office roles is highly desirable.
•    Fluent in English.
•    Knowledge of computer systems and reservation software.
•    Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and booking software (if applicable).
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
•    Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
