Job Description
- Supervise the team of service technicians and mechanics in the electric cycle department.
- Schedule and prioritize service tasks, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance work.
- Develop the service center to deal with the queries of the customers.
- Provide service trainings to the team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Oversee routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electric bicycles.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies required for electric cycle repairs and maintenance.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Interact with customers to understand their service requirements and provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Responsible for the management of after-sales service.
- Diagnose the mechanical issues and provide repair & maintenance services.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer
- Experience: 1-2 Years related experience in EV Vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- Confidence using relevant technologies
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in using MS- Excel
