Service Incharge(Ecycle)

Job Description

• Supervise the team of service technicians and mechanics in the electric cycle department.
• Schedule and prioritize service tasks, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance work.
• Develop the service center to deal with the queries of the customers.
• Provide service trainings to the team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Oversee routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electric bicycles.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies required for electric cycle repairs and maintenance.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers to understand their service requirements and provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Responsible for the management of after-sales service.
• Diagnose the mechanical issues and provide repair & maintenance services.
   

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer
• Experience:  1-2 Years related  experience in EV Vehicle 
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• Confidence using relevant technologies
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in using MS- Excel
