Senior Sales Officer

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets within assigned regions.

• Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong, long-term client relationships.

• Monitor distributor and retailer performance to ensure consistent product availability.

• Conduct market visits regularly and provide reports on market trends and competitor activity.

• Ensure proper visibility and placement of products across all outlets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely supply and promotional support.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's Running
• Experience: 4-5 years in FMCG sales
• Local Candidate are preferable
• Should Cover the area from birgunj to Pokhara
• Must have vehicle with driving license.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution channels, and retail operations within the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
