Job Description
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide mentorship to junior sales staff.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics for management review.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor degree graduate
- Experience: 2-3 years proven experience in Showroom Sales (4 wheelers)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Skills for effective collaboration and report writing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Team leadership experience is a plus.
