Job Description

 

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline and inventory levels.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  •  Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
•    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•    Strong understanding of the Damak market and FMCG products.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
