Job Description
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline and inventory levels.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to the Area Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Develop and execute plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Damak market and FMCG products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
