Job Description
- Oversee daily parcel sorting, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate parcel handling to meet service standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory, tracking, and logistics reports.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior staff to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Running / Degree
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in parcel operations or related experience.
- Proven experience in parcel operations or logistics management.
- Strong understanding of parcel logistics processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated region.
