Job Description
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Promote the company's products and provide product information to customers, dealers, and contractors.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Deliver product presentations and assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field visit reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of field activities.
- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate (+2) completed or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in conducting field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
- Basic knowledge of construction projects and electrical products will be an added advantage.
- Good reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and mobile reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve assigned targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license will be preferred.
