Basic Information
Job Description
-
Supervise and manage sales activities within assigned areas to achieve sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
-
Ensure product visibility and availability in the market.
-
Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
-
Prepare and analyze sales reports for management review.
-
Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree completed (Master’s running preferred)
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector
-
Prior experience in sales of agricultural products (rice, dal, oil, etc.) preferred
-
Strong knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Leadership and team management abilities
-
Market analysis and reporting skills
