Job Description
- Oversee and manage sales operations in the assigned area
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Plan and execute field sales and marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support
- Identify market opportunities to improve sales growth and brand presence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree running or completed
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a sales team
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
- Good understanding of field sales operations and market handling
- Target-driven with problem-solving and decision-making skills
