Supervise and lead sales activities within the assigned territory

Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers

Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports
Job Requirements
- +2 completed or Bachelor’s running
- 1-2 years in FMCG Sales & Marketing
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willing to work in assigned local area
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations
- Knowledge of local market and customer behavior
- Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented
