Job Description
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss strategies, and address any issues or challenges.
- Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Running or Completed
- Daily record keeping of Credit follow up.
- Assisting Admin & Account for Rental Agreement.
- Must have 2 years experience Credit follow up and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of [industry/sector] trends and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
