Basic Information
Job Description
-
Promote and sell the company’s cosmetics and personal care products in the assigned territory.

Visit retail outlets regularly to build strong relationships with shop owners and stakeholders.

Ensure product visibility, proper display, and availability across all outlets.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Provide product information, resolve customer queries, and maintain excellent customer service.

Gather market feedback, track competitor activities, and share insights with the sales team.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports as required.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (cosmetics or FMCG preferred).

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
-
Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.

Smart, energetic, and target-driven individual.

Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
