Basic Information
Job Description
-
Promote and sell construction-related products to builders, contractors, and project clients
-
Understand client requirements and provide product solutions
-
Generate new business leads and follow up on sales inquiries
-
Visit project sites and maintain regular communication with existing clients
-
Negotiate and close deals with customers
-
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-
2–4 years of sales experience in the construction field
-
Strong knowledge of the construction industry and project sales cycles
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
-
Proactive, target-driven, and a good team player
-
Good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English
