Sales Officer - Construction Materials

Job Description

• Promote and sell construction-related products to builders, contractors, and project clients

• Understand client requirements and provide product solutions

• Generate new business leads and follow up on sales inquiries

• Visit project sites and maintain regular communication with existing clients

• Negotiate and close deals with customers

• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 2–4 years of sales experience in the construction field

• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and project sales cycles

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Proactive, target-driven, and a good team player

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English
