Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving individual & team sales target
  • Sales and Business Development - Building Technology Products ( VS, PACO, FIR. ACS, Intrusion & Professional Sound System.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales
  • Build strong relationships with Architects, Developers, and Main Contractors
  • Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Project planning and management
  • Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site

Job Requirements

  • Engineering degree with electronics/ communication - familiar with Govt projects, specking. Contacts with Architects.
  • Working with System Integration Companies in Nepal / Partners of OEM (Honeywell / Siemens / Tyco / JCI / Edwards etc.
  • 3-5 years Experience in Selling Low Voltage Security, Safety, and communication Range of Products.
  • Engineering degree in electronics/ communication.
