Job Description

Identify, approach, and develop new clients within the Eastern region market.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales and long-term business growth.

Conduct market visits, gather insights, and identify opportunities to increase product presence.

Present products and solutions using consultative and value-based selling techniques.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations when required.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer service follow-up.

Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions and field activities.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree running or completed in Management or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in market sales.

Strong understanding of sales principles, consultative selling, and negotiation techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
