Sales Officer

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.

• Visit existing and potential clients to promote products and maintain strong business relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to support sales strategies.

• Coordinate with dealers, retailers, and distributors for order follow-ups and timely deliveries.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update sales databases.

• Ensure proper product display and branding at client outlets.

• Provide customer feedback to improve product and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field

• 3–4 years in paints, pipe & fittings, construction, or hardware industry

• Strong knowledge of paints, hardware, or construction materials.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently with strong result orientation.

• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
