Job Description
- Manage and grow retail sales within the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in retail outlets
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
- Prepare sales reports and share market insights with management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in paints, hardware, sanitaryware, bathware, or pipe fittings industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
