Achieve monthly sales targets and drive market growth in the Banepa territory.

Manage and strengthen relationships with the existing dealer/retailer network.

Actively conduct field visits to identify new sales opportunities and construction projects.

Provide regular sales activity reports and market feedback to management.

Promote and educate partners on the company's product range and benefits.
Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's degree graduate.
-
Experience: 3-4 years in pipe & fittings, paints, construction, or hardware sales.

Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
-
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
-
Location: Willingness to cover the Banepa region extensively.
