Job Description

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.

Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize market share.

Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market intelligence.

Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising at all outlets.

Prepare periodic sales reports and update management on market trends.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (field experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local markets and distribution channels.
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred.
