Basic Information
Job Description
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory
-
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate orders
-
Ensure proper visibility and availability of products in the market
-
Implement trade promotions and schemes effectively
-
Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback
-
Prepare and submit daily sales reports using Excel
-
Coordinate with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor's running or completed
-
2–3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales
-
Must own a valid driving license with a two-wheeler
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Target-driven and field-sales experience preferred
