Job Description
-
Execute sales strategies to achieve territory-wise targets

Ensure product availability and visibility in the market

Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers

Conduct market visits, collect feedback, and analyze competitor activities
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-
Support marketing and promotional activities in the field
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Completed
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Officer in the FMCG industry

Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler
-
Willing to travel and work in assigned territory

Proven track record in FMCG sales and market expansion

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Excellent organizational and reporting skills

Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
