Job Description
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Conduct market visits and ensure proper product visibility and placement.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
