Job Description
- Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers in the FMCG sector.
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility in the market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery and promotion execution.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor Completed
- Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG company
- Must have a Valid Driving License
- Should have Basic Computer Knowledge and Reporting Skills.
- Achievement of given sales target.
- Supervision of Jr. Sales officer/ supervisor/ DS. Route planning of subordinates.
- Use and check out the FIFO system of all distributer godowns.
- Visit all distributors and wholesalers.
- Claim settlement.
- Transfer of non-sales goods
- Meet and exceed KPIs
