Job Description

Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers in the FMCG sector.
Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure effective product placement and visibility in the market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery and promotion execution.

Job Requirements

2-3 years of working experience in FMCG company
Must have a Valid Driving License
Should have Basic Computer Knowledge and Reporting Skills.
Achievement of given sales target.
Supervision of Jr. Sales officer/ supervisor/ DS. Route planning of subordinates.
Use and check out the FIFO system of all distributer godowns.
Visit all distributors and wholesalers.
Claim settlement.
Transfer of non-sales goods
