Senior Sales Officer

Job Description

• 1. Appoint dealers/distributors across the assigned region and generate secure sales. 
• 2. Plan, organize, and execute plumbers' meetings and maintain a record/database of plumbers. 
• 3. Secure agreements from customers and maintain proper records. 
• 4. Collect postdated cheques, open-dated cheques, and bank guarantees from customers and maintain records. Collection of postdated cheques is mandatory when linking customers, and these should be sent to the Head Office immediately. 
• 5. Conduct periodic market surveys of industry players and report findings to management. 
• 6. Ensure in-shop branding and appropriate product placement at customer counters; monitor stock levels. 
• 7. Strictly settle offers/schemes as they end. 
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably commerce)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, specifically in CP fittings, sanitary wares, or CPVC pipes and fittings
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license • Willingness to travel as required by the company • Strong negotiation skills
