Job Description
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license.
