Job Description
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales to achieve company targets within the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Product Promotion: Implement and monitor promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit timely sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels and manage product returns
Job Requirements
- 3-4 Years of work experience as Sales Officer in a reputed FMCG company
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- The candidate must have a two-wheeler and license.
